The 7th annual competition will be held April 24-26, 2008 at the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center in San Diego . The resort was chosen for its onsite convention center, plentiful accommodations, airy grounds and central location. San Diego will play host to the top teams from participating states who will compete in two competitions: culinary and management. At the event, industry leaders interact with the students, helping fuel their passion for the industry and the opportunities available within it.
