Are WV HEAT Training Classes Effective? All WV HEAT training classes have been designed/selected with one thought in mind ... to improve the performance of your employees. As a part of every training session delivered by WV HEAT, all training participants are asked to complete a short survey regarding their opinion of the value of the training session as it pertains to the job they do every day. WV HEAT considers the most important question on that survey to be, "After having completed this training program, I feel that I will be able to do my job better." On a scale of 1 (completely disagree) to 5 (completely agree), the WV HEAT average for all of our training programs is a fantastic 4.6!
